Sixteen new cases of COVID - 19 have been reported in Nigeria: 10 in Lagos State , two in the Federal Capital Territory , two in Oyo, one in Delta and one in Katsina.
This brings the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria to 254 , The PUNCH reports .
The new cases were announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control at 09 .31 pm on Tuesday .
